We look after your bookkeeping using a digital, real-time solution. This ensures your books are always kept up to date.

We use leading accounting software Xero, Sage and QuickBooks and can migrate your data to these platforms.
PAYROLL
We remove the burden of running a payroll to free up your time to manage your business.
VAT RETURNS
We will recommend the right VAT scheme for your business and prepare and submit your VAT Returns digitally. This is now a requirement under HMRC's Making Tax Digital regulations.
ACCOUNTS PRODUCTION
We produce professional financial accounts that are filed electronically at Companies House.
MONTHLY MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTS

ABOUT
Coles Mansell Accountants are Gregory Coles and Richard Mansell. We met at primary school and have been friends for over 35 years. Between us we have accumulated a wealth of relevant knowledge, each of us having worked in the industry for the last 20 years. We have decided that now is the right time to start our own accountancy firm.
Richard is a Certified Chartered Accountant having completed the ACCA qualification in 2008. After completing a University degree he trained at a top 10 firm of accountants. He then moved to work for a range of small and large businesses, holding senior financial management positions. He has also gained the Association of Tax Technicians (ATT) qualification, Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) and an MBA. He volunteers his time by coaching his son's football team.​

Greg qualified as a teacher when he left University and later successfully transitioned into accountancy. He has primarily worked for well known accountancy firms, and spent time as Finance/Operations Manager at a small printing company. Greg has also had a number of short term contracts at several smaller accountancy firms, which enabled him to spend periods of time volunteering overseas. Assisting businesses that are starting out and offering practical support with their accounts and tax is an area that he particularly enjoys.
